The end of the first decade in 21st century forced customers to buy big armchairs, which very often looked grotesque in not big interiors.
Fortunately, 2013 brought wide palette of small, stylish armchairs, that fit perfectly our small flats (in statistical meaning, of course). Such pieces of furniture in no case have to origin from one set with sofa. They may also distinguish with color.

Patchworki w małych wnętrzach można zastosować, lecz inne meble powinny być możliwie neutralne. Także duża wysokość foteli nie musi przeszkadzać - najważniejsze, że meble nie zajmą zbyt dużo podłogi!

Od jakiegoś czasu, na rynku dostępne są płytki Tubądzin, zaprojektowane przez znanego kreatora mody - Macieja Zienia. Stworzone zostały cztery linie płytek, inspirowane znanymi metropoliami: Londyn, Paryż, Tokio i Barcelona. Na szczęście - płytki te nie dały nam powodu do "hejta", co na rynku płytek ceramicznych wcale takie oczywiste nie jest ;)

Z jednej strony geometryczny wzór, inspirowany XIX wiekiem, z drugiej skóra wężowa niczym z placu Pigalle. O ile te pierwsze są przejawem prawdziwego geniuszu i ciężko będzie je źle wykorzystać we wnętrzu, o tyle z tymi drugimi trzeba uważać. Są bardzo interesujące, ale całe wnętrze w biało-bordowej skórze wężowej nie kojarzy się najlepiej ;)

While these first are the sign of a true genius and it would be hard to use it badly in the interior, the others should be used carefully. They are very interesting, but the whole interior in white and crimson leather snake does not associate the best;)

Trójwymiarowe struktury, prostokątne mozaiki, układ jodełki i plecionka - to linia Piccadilly. Formy, które kojarzą się ze stylem historycznym (także elementy końca XIX wieku) oraz nowoczesnym. Dają dużo możliwości i od ich zestawienia zależy charakter wnętrza.
Prawdziwie nowatorskie są płytki - fototapeta - wyglądają designersko i nie odklejają się po kontakcie z wodą :)
UWAGA - nie łączmy wszystkiego razem. Wówczas otrzymamy szalet miejski, a nie Londyn ;)

To 4 linie, kolory naturalne, łazienki monochromatyczne. Jeśli ktoś chce wyjść poza sztampę, mogą stanowić idealne tło dla płytek kolorowych z innej kolekcji - sprawdzą się w naprawdę wielu kombinacjach. A gdy przyjrzycie się im i ich dotkniecie - z tła staną się dla Was pierwszym planem. Świetna gra fakturą, światłem, strukturą. Wnętrza nowoczesne i eko.
Tokyo.
4 collections, natural colors, monochrome baths. If someone wants to be creative, can mixed Tokyo tiles with the others - it will work in a variety of combinations. When you look at their facture and touch it - from background it will become for you a foreground. Great play with textures, light and structure. Modern and eco interiors.
Dziwne wnętrze, jednak prostota i kształt płytek są godne podziwu.

Barcelona.
Mozaiki. Mozaiki i mozaiki. I Gaudi. Ten ostatni - świetny - te pierwsze - różnie. Nie możemy użyć ich za dużo (najlepiej na niewielkiej powierzchni, jako swoisty "smaczek"). Dobierając do nich płytki także wybrać coś neutralnego. Efekt? Można uzyskać bardzo wysmakowane i wyrafinowane wnętrze. Albo pomieszczenie wywołujące dezintegrację zmysłów.
Plusem tej kolekcji są dość dobrze wyglądające imitacje marmurów - jedne z lepszych na rynku!
Drugim plusem są płytki w rozmiarze klinkieru, w bielach, beżach i szarościach - komponują się ze stylem rustykalnym, prowansalskim, ale też glamour i pałacowym!
Barcelona.

Mozaiki z tej linii dobrze sprawdzą się na tarasach! Nie malujcie tylko ścian swojego domu na kolor inspirowany znakami lub robotami drogowymi!

Oglądając program Wnętrza za milion dolarów (Million Dollar Decorators) na DOMO, moją uwagę przykuły piękne projekty wnętrz Martyna Lawrenca-Bullarda. Współpracuje on zazwyczaj z najbogatszymi ludźmi świata, więc jego wyobraźni nigdy nie ogranicza budżet. Może wybierać spośród najlepszych i najdroższych mebli i dodatków. Dlatego obserwowanie jego twórczości sprawia niezwykłą przyjemność. Dużym zaskoczeniem jest dla mnie jego ostatni projekt nowego domu Ozzy'ego Osbourne'a w Los Angeles. Wydawałoby się, że będzie utrzymany w mrocznym klimacie. W końcu Ozzy nazwany został Księciem Ciemności. Zapewne duży wpływ na wystrój miała Sharon Osbourne, która poznała Martyna na safari u Sir Eltona Johna.
Watching Million Dollar Decorators on DOMO, my attention was drawn by the beautiful interior designs of Martyn Lawrence-Bullard. He usually works for the richest people in the world, so his imagination is never limited by a budget. He can choose from the best and most expensive furniture and accessories. So watching his work gives great pleasure. The big surprise for me is his latest project, Ozzy Osbourne's new home in Los Angeles. It seemed that it will be kept in the dark style. Not surprisingly cause Ozzy was called the Prince of Darkness. Probably a big impact on the design had Sharon Osbourne, who met Martyn on safari with Sir Elton John.

Domy w Hollywood są zazwyczaj ogromne i sprawiają wrażenie bezosobowych. Nie można tego powiedzieć o willi Osbourne'ów. Eklektyczny styl, piękne XIX wieczne antyki, ciepłe kolory, mnóstwo poduszek, fotografii i innych oryginalnych dodatków. To wszystko sprawia, że widać w tym projekcie duży indywidualizm właścicieli.
Houses in Hollywood are usually huge and seem impersonal. It can not be said about Osbourne's villa. Eclectic style, beautiful nineteenth century antiques, warm colors, lots of pillows, photographs, and other original accessories. It all makes that in this project can be seen large individualism of owners.
